I have always been an exerciser. Then, when I was about 6 months pregnant, I just stopped. I am struggling to get started again. What do you recommend for someone fairly out of shape? I ordered The 30 day Shred on Amazon tonight. Will that be too hard for a flabby gal?
When I started the Shred, I considered my self to to fairly out of shape. I will be honest, the beginning was not pretty. I was not able to get through all of the workout but each day I got stronger and now (day 20) I would consider myself actually strong and fit!
