It seems like everything is happening earlier with this pregnancy, including now heartburn. At this point with DS I thought indigestion was heartburn, but hadn't yet experienced the real thing.
I'm on day 4 in a row and finally broke down and bought some Tums. I was trying to pretend that it was just a fluke, but I've finally realized it's not going anywhere. This morning my peanut butter toast and water gave me heartburn.
Who else has this lovely symptom already?
Re: Oh hello heartburn, please leave kindly.
I'm so sorry you are dealing with that so soon! I hope the Tums help you out.
I haven't had heartburn yet, but I have had it before and I'm not looking forward to it. Maybe I'll get to skip that lovely symptom.
Me!
I also find this candy helps. It isn't as powerful as crystallized ginger (which is super strong). It isn't what I'd call "mild" but it is more mild and tastes more like candy.
We'll miss you sweet Debbie Girl (4.21.12) and sweet Cindy Girl (8.9.12)

Oh yeah. It just happens out of the blue too. I'll not even be eating and have it.

I don't have it yet, but I was wondering when it usually starts...
My husband has been reading more than me and has been giving me the side eye while I keep eating pickles and putting jalapenos on my pizza. He's warning me that I might be in for a world of hurt soon.
When did it kick in full time with your first? If I don't have it at all yet, might I be luckier?
It wasn't until late 2nd tri with DS, which is why I'm surprised by it already!
