Snacks & real solids we have tried- pancakes, crackers, mum mum's, puffs, elbow noodles, yogurt melts, fresh fruit pieces.(He has done good with everything)
Also- 5-7 (6oz) bottles a day... (# depends on if he wakes up at night for bottle)
We did solids twice a day, in the morning and in the afternoon/evening. He'd have 1 veggie, 1 fruit, and some cereal with each. We've been gradually increasing it and now he eats three times a day, though not regularly.

I'd say it adds up to 1/3-1/2 cup of solids (or sometimes purees) each time.

DD eats (milk) 5 times a day. After her morning nap she eats fruit and oatmeal. After her afternoon milk she eats veggies and fruit and at night she eats veggies and fruit again.

8:30 - cereal and 2-4oz fruit or yogurt and 2-4oz fruit
12 - 4oz veggie, 2-4oz fruit
3 - yogurt or fruit
5:30 stage 2 dinner and veggie or veggie and cereal

As far as specifics.
Fruits: prunes, apples, pears, bananas, avocados
Veggies: peas, carrots, lima beans, butternut squash, lentils,sweet potatoes (I am sure I am forgetting some)
For cereal, I give him Happy Bellies Multi grain which has whole oats, amaranth & quinoa.
to try this week are: spinach and maybe bok choy
Oh yeah, and he has tried chicken too. But I am currently repulsed by the smell of chicken, so that's on hold in favor of legumes + whole grains
9 am - 1 oz oatmeal + 1 oz fruit
noon - 2-4 oz veggie
5:30 pm - 2-4 oz veggie
We've only done rice cereal, oatmeal, banana, pear, apple, carrot, squash, peas, sweet potatoes and green beans.
