Anyone's X work nights?

How do you handle visitation? STBXH works Sunday thru Thursday nights so just wondering what type of schedule would work.

My XH alternates nights and days every month - the months where he's on nights, he doesn't see the girls very often on his work days, we are going to start where he's taking the girls overnight every other Wed and every other Sat. (He works two days, off two days, on three days)
Maybe just e/o weekend with your STBXH?
My ex works nights. 5 on, 3 off, so he doesn't get weekends off very often. Now he works the 3-11 shift, he used to work 11-7am. Our visitation gives him a full day visit on one of his days off each week(dd is not in real school yet, this would change next year with kindergarten except he doesn't take her for a full day anyways!). Then he gets 2 24 hr visits per month on a night off (again doesn't take).
What type of visitation is he looking for?
