We just came back - he loved it! We had good seats, which helped, but either way there was a ton to see and lots going on and it was a good show. Toodle recognize all the characters and was really excited and kept yelling their names, pointing at them and waving. He even clapped and said yay when the crowd would cheer.
It was 2 Acts, first act was about 45 minutes, covered stuff from TS1 and TS2, and second act was an hour I think covering TS3 (we left before it ended but that was already after they escaped the fire at the garbage dump and Lotso got picked up by the truck driver so pretty much over). Only complaint is that it was a little long for Toodle's age, he was fine until the last 15 minutes or so he started getting restless and wiggly (part of why we left early).
For anyone else who weighed in on my poll, I also ended up not needing the wheelchair - DH dropped me at the door and the arena wasn't as large as we thought so I just walked to the seats. There were some stairs but not too many.
Oh - one bad thing happened; right after it started DH informed me that he thought Toodle had made a poop. Next he informs me that his (DH's) entire leg is soaked (Toodle was on his lap), as is Toodle. It was dripping down both of their legs! No smell at all but he's had a few loose poops lately from antibiotics that are odorless. SO gross. It was too hard during the show (and I didn't want to make Toodle miss any as he was SO excited) to take him out and change him so we just took turns holding him on our laps with a changing pad under him. At intermission, I finally convinced DH to take him out and change him (he wouldn't let me b/c of the stairs/walking). The floor under DH's seat was wet!!! Augmentin poop is scary!
Re: CMM05 (or anyone else who wants to hear about Toy Story on Ice)
Oh no! Poop is never timed well (especially the really messy ones ; )
Glad it was such a great time otherwise, G knows nothing about Toy Story but I cannot wait for us to go see Elmo.
