Colin has been on it since infancy. He was given breastmilk and vitamin supplements (vit D at the minimum) are recommended. I think he's just used to the taste.
My LO took poly-vi-sol for a while because he was breastfed - I guess to make sure he was getting all the important vitamins. It did smell terrible but he got used to it. Now he takes an equally bad smelling one that has iron and flouride in it.
My ds must ne weird. He loves it and always ask for more. But he has been on the stuff since was a newborn. But have you ever tasted formula that stuff reeks and taste bad.

We now have the one with flouride...and some pharmacies flavor it so it isnt AS bad.
DS actually takes it straight from the bottle dropper. YUK!
