I have the Medela Handsfree and love it. YOu can do pretty much everything but hold LO on your chest- including burping- so if I have to feed her while pumping, I will just sit her on my lap and burp her that way. If I have to pick LO up, I will just have tohold her out from my chest where bottles are. They have never fallen off. Other than that, I can do any everyday thing in my house! HTH!

Not sure about this one, but I have the Simple Wishes one and it is great! I got mine from Walmart.com for $28 with free shipping but it is available at Amazon and Target too I think. Amazon has lots of reviews on both that might help you choose. Other women use an old sports bra with slits cut for the shields but I found I just ended up getting milk everywhere.
I have this one. It worked out well when I was pumping. I just had to be careful to lean forward before removing the breast shields - otherwise a little would leak... the last couple of drops.
I have a small one I'm no longer using, and I don't know what to do with it. I hate to toss it, but I don't normally donate that type of stuff.

I second this one - $28 from amazon, worth 10X as much (can't believe I went without it for a month). 2 sizes, but the are really adjustable to a custom fit. works wonderfully - I use with my PISA.
I have the hands free bra (two actually.for laundry). BUt many people just cut holes in a sports bra and I would have to think that it would work even better since you have shoulder straps and it's not just a bustier.

Thanks for the idea! I just did that, seriously one minute ago and it's awesome! I just grabbed my tightest sports bra (that really doesn't fit, but works!) and cut a pretty small slit.

I'm just not a sports bra person in general, I've never found them comfortable.
The simple expressions bra comes wtih optional straps too, and I prefer it over a sports bra because I dont have to put it over my head - it has a zipper up the front.

Get the angled breast shields so you don't have to hunch forward! The hands free strap is helpful but I'm sure there are better ones on the market.
yep, this!
I use this and it works great!
