I was looking for a basic fondue recipie, just to know how much of what and found this cheesy pizza fondue one. People in the comments raved about it. We made homemade mozzeralla sticks so I thought this would be perfect. I doubled it. I think we will use the rest to have pasta this week.
I didn't have dried onions, but my sauce did have basil, onions, and garlic already in it. It "cooked" for 4 hours and made the house smell amazing. We dipped the bread and the cheese sticks in it.

I know you didn't ask, but these were really good.
Mozzeralla sticks--the recipie I had said to put in freezer for like 20 minutes after coating to make them hard and easy to fry. They were really good. We also cut in half. This isn't the recipie I used, but is similar.
