Re: panic disorder?
I've had panic attacks for close to 10 years now and most of that time I've been on medication. However, with my last pregnancy {over two years ago} I got off meds and havent been back on them since. I've had doctors tell me the changes {chemical/hormonal} in pregnancy tend to help panic/anxiety disorders. I'd try to keep with a workout routine, that will def. help.
Good luck and congrats!

i know its a personal choice for people, but hopefully your doctor did talk to you about options. the med that i'm on (generic for zoloft) is approved for pregnancy, but i know many others are not. good luck during this rough period coming off of it.
I have anxiety attacks too.
Went on Zoloft for a while, and decided that I wanted to go without. I will still get them on occasion, but I try to tell myself, "Your not dying, relax."
Usually something will trigger them, like thinking about finances too much. Its a sign that I need to take a few "days off" from stress.
