This is the first time David has had anything like this, throwing up + diarrhea at the same time. The baby threw up for a few hours and has been fine except for a little diarrhea. Any tips for keeping David hydrated? Milk makes him vomit obviously and he hates pedialyte. We did popsicles and water today but any home remedies to make this go by quicker?? Holy puke, poop and laundry!!!

Re: OMG, stomach bug, any survival tips?
Augh hugs!!! This flu bug scares me!!
Have him drink anything you can get him to. My doc said part water part Sprite was ok in a situation like that.
Applesauce too

Life is beautiful!
Dont give him anything until he stops throwing up. Then start really slow - maybe some ice chips (my son is obsessed with ice right now), pedialyte pops or any clear liquid that he is willing to get down. Dont rush it and dont try to push it if he doesnt want it. When he's thirsty, he'll take it. And his belly is going to need time to recover.
I hope everyone feels better soon!
