I just finished Erin O Brien's "Prenatal Fix" I ordered it off of amazon for around 10 bucks.
I am a fairly active person...pre pregnancy I ran distances less than 10 miles and I enjoyed Jillian Micheals (spelling?) DVDs and workout classes.
This DVD was a really decent workout...not too exhausting, but I definitely feel like I have worked out. She is VERY laid back and it takes place in her home. She even reminds you to stop for water breaks and pause, if needed, for pee breaks. But, she doesn't baby you because you're KU. When you do something where your heart rate goes up she reminds you "you're fine-this is good for you".
Downfalls: long intro, but can be fast forwarded through. The music was a little lullaby-ish, even though it wasn't slow-odd. Also, the relaxation section was boring to me.
To summarize: You will work major muscle groups and it's a good pace. I will rotate it in to my "excercise" routine, but it will have to be mixed with other DVDs and workouts or it would get boring...I guess any DVD would.
Sorry so long...all of the endorphins!!
