Need advice PLEASE! (regarding my natural FET)

Some of you mgiht know Im doing a natural/unmedicate FET...in which you take no meds at all and they check for ovulation and transfer the embies about 4 days after the LH surge that is detected on an OPK.
Well, last night I got a pos OPK. I am pretty sure this was the very beginning of my LH surge. I was instructed to go in the next day (which was today) so they can check and see if the lead follicle has collapsed (i.e. ovulation has occured properly etc). They did the u/s and the follicle is still there and at 28mm large and in charge. Im VERY nervous about this. I know its possible that I just have not ovulated yet as ovulation does not occue for 24-36 hours after the LH surge. But the doc said that sometimes, but rarely, you can ovulate , but the follicular fluid doesnt empty like it should--in which case our cycle would need to be cancelled. I have to go back in tomorrow to see if the follicle has 'collapsed'. Anyone know anything at all about this? About follicle size? 28mm seems gigantor to me. On wed it was 18mm. Im nervous this cycle is going to get cancelled . Things have to look perfect in my uterus for them to transfer those embies...

Well, the last time we "saw" the follicle that produced DS, it was 25mm on CD21. I think I got a +ve OPK the next day, so it was likely a bit bigger before I ovulated. I thought it sounded huge too, but obviously it was good.
I know, that really wasn't much help. Just thought I'd chime in and wish you lots of luck. I hope everything looks perfect tomorrow.
good luck hope you don't get cancelled like me. Like the pp said at least they are monitoring you closely. I stocked up on OPK's to check myself next cycle. Ugh have to wait another 8 days for AF I hate this wait. Good luck keep us posted.
