Did anyone concieve on their first round of fertility tx?

My husband and i have been TTC for over 2 years... We started our first round of tx this month.. femara/ovidrel/IUI.. Just curious how many people actually conceived their first round?

    I did two rounds of Clomid with my OB but conceived on my first cycle with my RE (follistim and ovridel).  GL!

    I concieved with my first IVF with RE (I only did IVF with the RE) but I had m/c than was successful the next two time. I tried clomid with my Ob and I didn't respond well.

    We did, but our 1st tx was IVF with ICSI due to MFI. GL to you!

    We conceived with our first round of IVF, not our first treatments, but still wonderful.

     

    Good luck!

    Married on 3.20.2004. It took 30 month, 2 failed adoptions and IVF for our first miracle. We have had 9 foster kids since he was born and started the domestic adoption process when he was 10 month old, we had 4 failed matches in that time. After our daughter was born we brought her home and spent 2 weeks fearing we might lose her because of complications that came up. But Praise God all went through and she is ours forever!     Griffin is from our first cycle of clomid/met/IUI/trigger.  The twins took 2 cycles - the first one was a bust, i think b/c i had a kidney infection - b/c the 2nd cycle was perfect and got the twins.  I have PCOS.  I concieved once on my own and had an early m/c... so we knew we could get pg - i just needed some good eggs to do it.

    I did on my first IVF with the RE, which was our first treatment with him.

     

    I did do four rounds of clomid with my OB, but we stupidly skipped the SA (due to the fact that I got pregnant quickly, m/c, then stopped ovulating in a timely manner) and thus missed the real problem: MFI. My irregular ovulation was just an annoyance

    It took a little while for the meds to work, but I conceived with our first IUI.  Good luck!

    I did. It was a total shock. I did Follistim, an Ovidrel trigger and IUI.

    I conceived on the first Gonal-F/Ovidrel/TI cycle with DD. This one took 3 tries (got pg on the first, too, but it was a chemical).

    TTC#1=Feb 2009: 50 mg Clomid+Ovidrel shot+Metformin+Dexamethasone+TI=BFP!

    Thank you for all the support!!! and I forgot to put in there that we also had an IUI... Its nice to hearthat this happened to people on their first tx. Supposably we are good canidates.. The only thing wrong is that they can guess is that i have stage 1 endo.. We went into this IUI with 2 eggs released and the RE telling us my husband had the highest count of the day over 50million...(Dont think i havent been hearing how manly he is now..he is a trip) We find out this coming friday when i finally get to POAS. I am hoping our odds are finally good and our 2 and a half year wait is over.....
