Hey I posted a few times here after my myomectomy and finding out I only have 1 good tube. I then ttc for only 1 month (after waiting 4) and had a HUGE ovarian cyst that was told it was totally unrelated to my recovery/ surgery.  So finally here again trying for a couple months before starting further treatments.  I just have a ? for anyone who had a myomectomy or ovarian cyst. I still have slight pain on that ovary on and off but my fertility Dr. says the cyst shrunk and my uterine incision looks good on u/s. Does anyone happen to have it also?

Hypothyroid/Fibroids/Stage 4 Endometriosis

10/2010 Open myomectomy to remove 3 fibroids largest @ 8 inches. Stage 4 endometriosis and inoperable/blocked left tube.

3/2011 Laporoscopy/Hysteroscopy. 3 endometrioma cysts, hydrosalpinx, left tube and half of the left ovary removed.

5/2011 IUI #1 medicated w/injections, 1 follie = BFP!

6/2011 Blighted Ovum/ D&C

9/2011 IUI #2 medicated w/injections, 2 follies = BFP!

     At my gyno appointment in June 2010 they found a 10cm cyst on my left ovary. I never had ANY symptoms before they found it and 2 days later my doctor did surgery on me and couldn't believe how big it was, let alone that I had no symptoms. Since we are TTC I made an appt to make sure everything was still ok, especially since I probably wouldn't know if it had come back, and lo and behold, the u/s on Thursday showed another cyst same side. I know it's not really answering your question at all because I never had any problems I'm just worried it might affect things TTC. I hope everything turns out well for you!!!
