Need opinions on dress - pip

I am baptising my boys and picked out this dress to wear. The ceremony starts at 11am and then we are having a lunch reception. Do you think the dress is too much for a daytime affair? Thank you for your opinions!

    while i love your dress, and think you look great in it...it looks a little too much like evening wear...not really a daytime baptism outfit.  just my opinion.

    First- were you actually pregnant with twins?!?! Your body is amazing!!!!!

    Second- yes, I think the dress is more "nighttime with the husband" than "daytime with the babies."  You look great in it, but is sexier than what I think you might want for a baptism. I think it is that the fabric is a little shiny and it is a tighter fit, because it's not that there's too much skin.

    I love this dress but I agree with others as it looks more like a evening dress.  It  looks really good on you though!!

    This is exactly the type of feedback I wanted.  I am going to look for something a little more daytime appropriate.  If anyone is bored, I'd love some suggestions.

    you look fricken amazing, but yes i think it's too much for the event.
    Married on 3.20.2004. It took 30 month, 2 failed adoptions and IVF for our first miracle. We have had 9 foster kids since he was born and started the domestic adoption process when he was 10 month old, we had 4 failed matches in that time. After our daughter was born we brought her home and spent 2 weeks fearing we might lose her because of complications that came up. But Praise God all went through and she is ours forever!     For my twins baptism, I bought a dress from The Loft.  It was almost the same color as yours here but it was more of a  linen and I dressed it up with a scarf, heals, and earrings.

    omg, I just spit my drink out reading your post.  lol! The sales lady brought something similar out for me to try on, but different print :) It was a tough choice.
