rash in early (very early) pregnancy?

I started with a rash on both ankles yesterday morning that looked like little bug bites. It's gotten worse, I've scratched it and now they are looking like welts. Starting to feel the ithch in b/t my fingers too.

Thoughts?

    First off, congratulations!!!  ;)

    I had a random rash early in my pregnancy with the twins, on my hands and arms.  Before my OB even looked, she told me that it was way too early for any rash to be pregnancy related.  I don't know what it was (irritation from a lotion or something?), but it went away and never came back.
