Looking to buy a play mat

We're clearing out a room for LO to play in, but we have hardwood floors. Anybody have a good play mat they like for LO to play on?

    We got the foam letters from Toysrus. They work great. If he falls, he's fine. Plus, they keep his toys in one place when he pushes on them or *attempts* to pull up.

    We have hardwood floors throughout the house, I'm thinking about getting the foam/puzzle style mats. She hated the ones with toys attached.

    we also have the foam letters! i feel a better sense of safety with the foam letters vs a rug or mat... when he falls it's easier on him!

    He's starting to pick himself up and getting brave to walk out... then falls! haha!

    We have hardwood floors too and use the foam mat with the letters. It cushions his fall if he falls over and he loves to belly scootch on it.
