Help me choose between the final 2 please!

Hello! We've already chosen a boy name, but we are down to the final two for girls and I just can't decide between them and I would love some outside opinions.

Natalie Brewer S.

Vanessa Kate S.

Now, here's the issue I'm having. I love both names, but I like Vanessa Kate slightly more. However, the name "Brewer" comes for my grandmother, who has literally been one of my best friends my entire life. I would like to name my daughter after her, but I don't like "Vanessa Brewer".

So, which do you prefer?

I like Vanessa Brewer. I am much bigger on names meaning something over flow to begin with, but it flows well too in this case.

This. I love Vanessa, Natalie is nice, but I'm getting sick of it, we hear it at pre-school, playground and I have friends my age with that name.

I really dislike the name Vanessa. I just don't think it sounds pretty. I think Natalie is a nice name. I would probably choose Kate Brewer actually but that isn't a choice, so I vote Natalie Brewer.

You could easily give her the name of Vanessa Brewer. I think it sounds lovely and has a lot of meaning. Vanessa is ultra-feminine which balances the middle name. Go for it!

I think Vanessa Brewer sounds fine; my preference would be to use the family name. But if you hate it my vote goes for Vanessa Kate...not a big fan of Natalie.

I like Vanessa much more than Natalie, but I can see your dilemma. I agree with everyone who said that Vanessa Brewer doesn't actually sound bad. But if you don't want to use it, is there another name you could use to honor your grandmother? Did she have a favorite flower? Was she born in a month you can use? Are her other names off limits? What was her birth stone? Did she like a particular movie or book that you can get inspiration from?
