  We got this one for DS for Christmas and he loves it!  He calls it Behbeh Luke.  lol.

  I bought a boy baby doll for DS for x-mas. I dont have a link but got it at ToysRUS.

  My son has not really touched the doll.....

  Great post--I've been looking for one too. Our son loves dolls and playing with babies, but he only has the dolls I played with as a kid. I'd like to get him a "little brother" doll so that we each get a new baby at the hospital!

  This could totally be 'old school' but what about the Cabbage Patch Dolls?  They have boy and girl ones.  Also, what about "My Buddy"?  That used to be a really popular one as well.  Then there is another one that has a tool belt and all of that but I'm not sure about his name.

  Try American Girl Bitty Baby.. They are cute! I was thinking of getting one for my DD but I think she is too young so will be waiting for her 2nd birthday!

  The Bitty Twin boy doll might be a little older-looking than what you're trying to find, but that's what came to mind!
