Anyone have them? Curious about if you really are able to snap a insert out and snap in a new one. It seems like a good concept, but wonder if it really works.
Yep. Like them a lot. Detail review in my blog on the Adventures in CD page

I just started reviewing these, and I love a lot of the features but was skeptical about what you just mentioned.
I was sent the stay dry inserts and I really like the system. I use cloth wipes, so I wipe her off, use the wipe to remove the insert and toss it in the pail. Then I put in a new one. It is really easy and they are surprisingly trim IMO.

I have been using mine for about a month now. I really like them for the most part. They are really easy to use. I just keep one cover/insert prepped and ready to go so I can switch from the dirty dipe to the clean one real quick, then snap the insert out of the dirty one, wipe it clean, and let it air out for the next change. That way I can rotate two covers in a day and always have one ready to go. And since the cover is just PUL on the inside, as long as the elastic is clean you can just wipe it down and reuse it.
My only problem is that they just are not good for nighttime for us. DS is a side sleeper and it seems like every night we try to use them he leaks out of the side he sleeps on. Not sure if this is a repelling issue, or a fit issue, or just what, but we have been using sposies temporarily til we figure out a better solution (and till my Kawaii goodnights come in ::fingers crossed:: that these work out, have heard good reviews.
