  is this the new blackberry that flips open? if so, i have the purple one. i love it! so easy to use! my only complaint is that i have to charge it everynight or it'll die in the early afternoon...but i use it a lot so i guess thatsk normal

  i just upgraded to it about 3 weeks ago but i LOVE it so far i was nervous at first bc my dh has a touch screen phone & i hated it! it was so hard to text on but the torch slides up & has a keyboard which is awesome! and i actually love using the touchscreen for everything except when i need to type!

  Same here. I find the touchscreen more way more user-friendly than I thought it would be, but I still slide the phone open and use the keypad for typing texts/email etc. Overall no complaints except that mine came pre-loaded with a ton of applications that I would never use and it took me a while to get menu cleared off and looking the way I like it.
