Parenting after a Loss

If you co-sleep and work

How do you get ready in the morning? Sneak out of bed without waking LO? Get ready after they wake up and put them in a bouncy chair or something?

Re: If you co-sleep and work

  • When I worked days I would wait for LO to wake.  He would play in bathroom (usually in his jumperoo) while I showered.  I would do makeup before my first patient at work.

  • DH gets up after me, so he stays with X if he's still sleeping. Usually though he wakes when I do and we get ready together, I'lll put him in his bouncy and get ready.
