Indiana Babies

Indy Home Show

Anyone ever been?  We are thinking of going tomorrow but are not sure if it is worth the cost and a Saturday.

If you have ever been to the Indy Home Show, let me know what you thought. If you liked it, what was your favorite stuff?  Also, are there vendors to buy food from to eat while there?  Fill me in girls.

My IL's are going tomorrow, but that doesn't really help you in advance!  Usually there's a concession stand at those type of events, but the food isn't that great.  Sometimes they have people selling things like roasted almonds.  I think usually they have landscapers, patio furniture, pool installers, remodelers, etc. there too.  I don't think it's very kid friendly.

  • We're going tomorrow.  We haven't been in about 5 years.  You can get a lot of fun ideas.  I actually "liked" them on facebook and ended up answering a question correctly and won tickets this year :)  So we're going for free on Sunday.  Yay!

  • I went two years ago. Like pp said, not very kid friendly. We took Gracie, she stayed in the stroller the whole time. It was ok. Not as big as I was expecting it to be. We weren't there very long. It was a nice time to get out of the house and think of Spring, but it's not something I HAVE to go to every year.

The vendors I think pretty much just sold hotdogs and chips.
