Adding a siggie pic?

So I got paranoid and deleted mine when I was miscarrying the twins.  Now I want to put one back, but I can't figure out how to.  Can someone talk me through it right quick?

    Click on your name. 

    When you see you bio above your pic it says "edit avatar"  Click that

    Edit and save

    Right click on the picture you want to use (assuming you have it on FB or another page, if not upload it to tinypic) and choose properties, copy and paste the properties.

    Then go to "My Bump" in the upper left hand corner of the page.

    Click on your avatar

    paste it into your siggy and size it.
