We want to get a convertible set the baby can use FOREVER...and my parents have offered to buy it...so we are being cautious about how much we spend.

Poll- Where have you gotten your baby furniture, at a good price, assuming they are solid, long lasting pieces??Or where are you planning to get it?

We got our cribs at BRU on clearance we also got our glider there. Our changing table and dresser are from Walmart-they had a better price

We're planning to get it from a local store here in MA, Baby Furniture Warehouse. I found out about the store on Munire's website when searching for places that sell that brand.

We are doing the Catalina Crib from Pottery Barn Kids. It converts to a toddler bed and then a double bed. I believe it is 499?

We got the AFG Nadia 3-in-1 Crib, Changing table and mattress set for $238 at wal-mart.com! It is a great buy!

We just ordered the Tribeca set from jcpenny. We got the convertible crib, dresser, changer/dresser combo, hutch, convertible crib rails, matress, and contour changing pad for $1700.00 (includes the $300 shipping but we opened a credit card with them and got $160 off so not too bad). The set got pretty good reviews but I'm nervous buying something site unseen.

We also got our furniture from baby furniture warehouse in Braintree, MA. It's listed in the Baby Bargains book. The set is super solid and beautiful... but not super cheap.

We bought the Bonavita Peyton collection (convertible crib, mattress, combo, and chest of drawers) at www.kids-n-cribs.com. It was much more affordable than buying the same set anywhere local (we don't have many local stores that carry baby furniture). Good luck and happy shopping!
