Success after IF

Where do you buy clothes for yourself?

I want to buy a couple of dresses that I can wear in the summer.  Not for the beach and not to go "out" but more like to go for a walk or to the park with the kids...and I am seriously considering buying a romper style outfit too.  Would that be way to hipster of me???

Help a girl out!  I am not really shopping today but my birthday is coming up and I may have to buy myself a present:)

Joe Fresh has super cute casual dresses that are really well priced.

  • Old Navy and The Limited is where virtually all of my clothes are from.  I have a couple of cute casual dresses from ON.

  • I have clothes from Old Navy too but I find they never fit me right.  Especially dresses:(

CBL - I will definitely have to check out Joe Fresh.  I love their pajamas and I have so many things for the kids from there.  I heard they are opening separate stores soon?!?!

  • Old Navy, Gap, and NY and Company (the latter because they have a lot of pants in longs and I am tall).

  • Ann Taylor LOFT - they have had some cute casual stuff lately.  They tend to run good sales if you sign up for their email list too.
  • About 80% of my wardrobe is from Reitmans. Lame.

  • For the past two years I've been pregnant or breastfeeding, so I haven't bought much besides maternity clothes. I can't wait to have a normal wardrobe again!

ETA: To be helpful, before I was pregnant with Henry 90% of my wardrobe came from Banana Republic.

  • I think you should check out Victoria's Secret for the type of thing you are looking for. Their prices aren't too bad & they normally have sales.

I shop mainly at ON, Gap, Kohls, NY&Co. & I used to buy a lot at VS, but after having the baby, I'm not sure how their stuff will fit me. :o/

  • Ann Taylor (and LOFT), Anthropologie, H&M, J. Crew, Boden, Nordstrom, and some Old Navy/Target for weekend stuff that I go through quickly and don't want to spend a lot on. For the type of dress you're looking for, I would look at Ann Taylor Loft, Target or Old Navy.

  • Dundas you are torturing us canadians by asking this on a mostly-US board!! (that said, 95% of my clothes are from LOFT, Ann Taylor, and Banana Republic since I hate shopping and buy my clothes in spurts in the US...)
