When you're prepping your asparagus do you cut the ends off or snap them off by hand?
Silly debate.
Would love to hear what others do.
Then I'll explain further.
Our IF journey: 1 m/c, 1 IVF with only 3 eggs retrieved yielding Dylan and a lost twin, 1 shocker unmedicated BFP resulting in Jace, 3 more unmedicated pregnancies ending in more losses.
Total score: 6 pregnancies, 5 losses, 2 amazing blessings that I'm thankful for every single day.
Re: If you cook asparagus please settle a debate with DH
This is what I do!
Yep, this. If you're in a hurry though you can snap one and then align it with the others and just cut the rest of them all at once.

I've done both but usually snap.
I do this for the first one than cut the rest at the same point (bunch them all together and cut at once, not one at a time).

Ditto. If you cut, you'll probably leave some woody bits on.
Snap.
Woody asparagus ends are grody...
If its store bought, I snap a few and then use those to line up with the rest and cut them all at once.
If I get it fresh from the farmers market, I snap!
After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!
