I have five month old twins and have not joined any baby play group, new mom fitness program or any mommy and me kind of activities. I really interested in whats out there. Where do I start? Any recommendations?

Check with the Parenting Center uptown. There's supposed to be a twin playgroup there every other Thursday from 9:30 - 11 am.

Check this out. It's called swat team fitness. They have New Orleans' only stroller fitness class. You can sign up online. www.swatteamnola.com
