I made $$ today!! :)

I don't post here often, but I had to share this with you ladies.

I was dusting my CD collection today, when I thought "WTH am I doing this?"  I don't think I've listened to a single CD in YEARS, and it's been even longer since I've purchased an actual CD, as we use iTunes.  I was about to chuck them all in my great mid-winter purge, but decided to check online to see if there are any easy places to get rid of them. 

I ran across www.buybackmedia.com, and it was super easy!  I ran through the UPC codes while the girls were napping, and I'm sending them 38 CDs and they're paying me $43, plus they are paying the shipping.   If it all works out, I'm going through the rest of my CD's and saving myself dusting time :)

I have all of the music loaded into iTunes already, and the actual CDs don't hold any nostalgia for me.  I just want them out so that I can use the storage space for other stuff - and I'm getting a little extra mad money in the process!

    I need to remember this site, I did this a few months ago but we did Half Price books I got barely enough to cover the gas the 30 miles.

    Thank you for sharing!  We have HUNDREDS of CDs in their cases.  I'm going to show this site to my husband... we so need to get rid of our CDs.  Thanks and nice work!

    No problem!  They also buy DVDs and Video Games.  That's my next project ;)

    Thanks for the site!  I might check into it.  We don't have too many CDs though, I guess they keep getting ruined/lost in all the moves, lol.  Worth a shot on the ones we do have though!
