Reposting this because it's wise.

"Any previous post you have made will automatically update with your new signature, whether it's a new picture, or ticker, or link to your blog. Just go back to an older post and you'll see it show up.

And if you don't like what your signature looks like, and need to resize or retest, you don't need to make separate posts for each. Again, any previous post will show changes.
