Someone brought into work one of those supermarket cupcake cakes with all of the frosting. When all of the cupcakes were gone I went into the kitchen and took all of the leftover frosting from the tray, put it in a cup and ate it at my desk.

I signed up for my first Weight Watchers meeting when I finished it.
