Feel like I'm back in first trimester

I've got the hearburn, nausea and major increased appetite all over again. I feel like I should be back in the first trimester not 39 weeks. This is definitely unexpected. What gives?

    I think for me, the most baffling part is the immense/intense amount of exhaustion. I expected heartburn because the stomach has been pushed WAY up into my chest, and I expected nausea for the same reason. But the extreme, overwhelming fatigue is just... it's too much. And to top to top it off, it's REALLY painful no matter how I'm sitting, standing, laying, etc.

    I want this baby out so bad I could cry. The pain of her in my pelvis is just too much.

    I feel the exact same way! I've been having bad headaches again in the last week, and felt so nauseous yesterday. Luckily our house is in decent shape at the moment, because there is no way I have the motivation to clean right now feeling this way.
