Caroline and I were able to get in to my OB's office this morning for a stat beta and progesterone.
Beta-230
Progesterone 10.5
I start prometrium tonight, and go back for another beta and progesterone on Monday. I wish I had some clue as to how far along I am, so that I can decide whether or not to obsess about the beta. My natural inclination is to obsess...but I'm going to try to keep it at a dull roar.
So...I guess, sometime in September, I'm going to have another baby

Born via emergency c/s February 9, 2008 - 9lbs, 3 oz!!!!
TTC# 2 since February 2010 - BFP #1 Sept 2010-(5mg Femara, 1500mg Met, Ovridel) Missed M/C at 10w2d, discovered at 13w2d, D&C at 14w
BFP # 2 - February 2011-(1500mg Met, HCG Injection) Missed M/C at 10w1d, discovered at 10w3d, D&C at 11w...RPL testing came back all normal.
Trying again. June 2011 - Clomid/1500 mg Met / Baby Aspirin - BFFN!
July 2011 Femara/1500mg Met/ Baby Aspirin - c/p
August 2011 - Femara/1500mg Met/ Baby Aspirin - c/p
September 2011 - Puregon/ 1500mg Met/ Baby Aspirin - BFFN!!!!

I am pretty shocked myself. Stunned, even. I never in a million years thought I would get pregnant in my bedroom. I am still just freaking out...just freaking.right.out. I don't even know how to act.
I have PCOS, and my DH has slight MFI. We stopped preventing last January, and started actively trying in February. We decided not to go back to the Dr. until I had weaned Caroline (which I still haven't done), and lose more weight...but decided we would have sex whenever we wanted to, plus anytime that I thought might be the 'right' time and pray that God would bless us.
I asked Caroline this morning what she would think if Mommy had another baby...and she looked right at me and said "babe?" So stinkin' cute..
I love this. Surprise BFPs are the best.
And yes, I'm counting you as a surprise, even though you were TTC, since you didn't need treatment.
Because we're fancy like that.
