thank you to everyone who responded to my questions about sleep last week!
audrey is doing better this week with her nighttime sleeping. i started interrupting her naps during the day. she had been taking two 3-hr naps and a 30min. now, she's sleeping 2-2.5hrs at a time, twice a day and we are skipping the evening nap. we are also trying to get her to bed a little earlier (between 8-8:30 rather than 8:30-9).
it seems to have helped. she's sleeping 4hrs the first stretch of night now (instead of 2.5-3), and she's waking for the day closer to 7, rather than 5.
now, if i can only get ME to bed at a reasonable hour! LOL!
Re: 4-month sleep f/u
Holy mackeral, she's a good sleeper! Congrats on getting her on a do-able schedule!
And as far as you going to bed at a reasonable hour, good luck! I still haven't mastered that!
