Found out yesterday we are expecting BOY # 2 !!
Really excited about the news, we were hoping for a little girl but we know this was what god had planned for our family.
Can't wait to meet the little guy !

Oh I didnt know they could tell that early with those! Thats so cool to know so soon. Congrats!
They measured the "angle" of the "penis" right? Not just that there was a presence of one. Cause even little girls at 13 weeks have what looks like a penis - it just sticks straight out, instead of upward.
My perinatologist was confident I was having a girl (with my now, 3 yr old daughter) at 13 weeks, even though I swore I saw a penis. He actually measured the angle to verify...
OMG! A boy!
So exciting!!!!!!!!
I think so far, all of the August ladies are having boys!
We are definately having a boy, the tech told me the penis sometimes appears as one on girls but is actually the clitoris, however a girl will usually have a line/two line usderneath the penis looking nub, well my baby has 2 circles which clearly indicates testicles.

Like this?
Oh, sorry, my bad. That's the girl. This is the boy. Since they look identical at that gestational age I get them mixed up.
Before 14-15 weeks (14 weeks is REALLY REALLY REALLY early) it can only be determined by the angle of the dangle, not by what they look like in 3d. Yes, it might end up being right...but there is also a great chance that it will be wrong. Honestly, as 99.9% of places won't even venture a guess based on a 3d until at least 15 weeks, I wouldn't trust the place where you went at all.
That would be a girl in that picture
I tried to put up our ultrasound, not sure if it will show, but I did have to tell them I was a little farther along that I actually am (did the same with DS #1) and this ultrasound looks just like my first boy !

Tell me the difference between the girl and the boy picture.
Sorry OP, but I personally wouldn't trust them. It's way too early.
I was this far along with my 1st when I found out and he was all boy like they said, I am not going to go out and paint the nursery just yet but I am confident at my ultrasound at 19 weeks nothing will have changed.
Everyone in my family/friends group goes to this place at the same time in pregnancy and they have never been wrong with us.

That's great. I'm just saying I personally wouldn't believe them. If you look at pictures of males and females at this point in pregnancy they're practically identical.
I believe you still have a 50/50 shot that this is a girl if they DIDN'T specifically measure the angle to determine, and only used what it "looked like".
https://www.baby2see.com/gender/external_genitals.html#angle_of_dangle
If you read that website completely they do admit that you have a "slightly" better than 50/50 chance. I still wouldn't trust for anything... hell, until LO is born.
OP, congratulations, Intelligender said I was having a girl last pregnancy. Hank's clearly all boy.
August baby girl over here!
