Anyone doing 30 day shred?

I just bought the videos and did it tonight!  I didn't weigh myself today though.  I would rather not know at this point to be honest! 

If you are doing it have you seen any results?  Are you following a specific diet plan?  I was planning on just doing smaller meal portions and cutting out junk food.  Nothing to strict.  I wasn't sure if I need to do a strict diet plan to see results though.

  • There are a bunch of us doing the Shred and checking in together.  As for results, it depends on what you are looking for.  I have lost inches from thighs and waist but not many pounds, some have gained lbs bc the cardio portion is not very long, but I think everyone is saying they feel stronger.  The stregth conditioning is fabulous.  If you scroll down on this board you will find the last 19 days of check ins!

  • Like PP, you should join the daily check ins.  It helps to keep me accountable.  If you plan on sticking with this, you should really weigh and measure yourself so you can see your progess at the end. 

    As for results - I've been doing this for 12 days. I am 100x stronger and have more endurance than I did when I started.  I measure again on Monday but lost 2 inches in 1 week.  I have gained weight so that sucks but I guess losing inches and gaining strength is more important.

    As for a diet - I try to eat sensibly but have not changed anything - yet.
