ok, so I just started charting seeing I'm pretty irregular since the loss and am also doing the OPK strips. I'm getting a light line on the strips but not as dark as the control so it's negative but CM is thick and stretchy as of today (is this the eggwhite seeing it's stretchy?). Also, when you get the positive OPK does that mean you're already ovulating and needed to have already had sex or that you're about to and should hop to it? Thanks for any insite you can give.

The OPK will give you a 12-36 hour heads up, but you should start FWP as soon as you're showing fertile signs (W or EW CM).

Also, you want to time your fwp to be the three days before and the day of ovulation - so we just get started humping until we think the yellow light is on - this cycle? we did it 10 days in a row. You want his swimmers waiting for the egg when she is released!
