3.How much are you down total? 12

    8.  Question(s) for next week?

    9.  For Moms that work full-time (outside the home)- when do you work out? SO Very difficult. I'm in the office by 5:30am and while I try to leave by 3pm so I can go to gym before picking up G, the work crap gets in the way and I don't always leave in time. Looking forward to other's answers.

  • 1.How did your week go? Pretty Good!
2.Are you up, down, the same or n/a this week? A little down I think.  Althought I haven't been weighing in consistently on the same day.
3.How much are you down total? 6 pounds
4.If you are not doing weight, how are your other fitness goals going? Really Good!  I signed up for a 10k so I am more motivated to run and I already hit my goal of 30 miles for the month.

5.Is there any new product that you found that you would like to share with others that has helped you. (Like a fitness DVD, a new class somewhere, or a new food item). My mom is going to weight watchers meeting and bought me these red velvet snack bars.  Super Good, but not very filling.  They do calm my sweet tooth when I need it for only 2 points.
6.What do you plan to do different this week than last to help you reach your fitness/health goals? I need to track my food better.  It has been hit or miss for me and I need to weigh in at the same time, on the same day.

    7. New receipe(s) to share? We have both been busy this week...so it has been a soup/salad/sandwich type of week.  Although I did make the Cilantro Lime Shrimp from Skinny Taste and put them in a salad...super yummy!

    9.  For Moms that work full-time (outside the home)- when do you work out? I work-out at 5:00am Tuesday through Friday and on the weekends after the boys have eaten breakfast.

1.How did your week go? The week was good. I was extra motivated this week because I didn't lose any last week.
2.Are you up, down, the same or n/a this week? Exactly the same. Grr.
3.How much are you down total? Down 6 lbs total.
4.If you are not doing weight, how are your other fitness goals going?
5.Is there any new product that you found that you would like to share with others that has helped you. (Like a fitness DVD, a new class somewhere, or a new food item).
6.What do you plan to do different this week than last to help you reach your fitness/health goals? I've been running more, like I should.

    7. New receipe(s) to share?

    8.  Question(s) for next week?

    9.  For Moms that work full-time (outside the home)- when do you work out? I get up at 5am and run then. I'm up early anyway, so I figure an extra 20-30 min isn't too much to ask. I just tell myself, it's 20 minutes out of your life. Just get out there and do it. It's also nice because there aren't too many people out, and I figure any knife-wielding rapists are in bed by then (or else must be hell bent on getting me), so I don't have to run looking over my shoulder. I'm neurotic like that.

    8.  Question(s) for next week? How do you resist temptation when you're having a bad week (not just a day, but several days) and you know comfort food will cheer you up?

  • Weekly Questions1.How did your week go? Really really well. I've really cut back on my sweets and portions are doing really well. No eating after 7pm either! Exercise hasn't happened as much as I would like, but you have to do one step at a time right?
2.Are you up, down, the same or n/a this week? I'm not sure if I am up or down. I plan on weighing myself tomorrow at work because I don't have a scale at home yet.
3.How much are you down total? NA
4.If you are not doing weight, how are your other fitness goals going? NA
5.Is there any new product that you found that you would like to share with others that has helped you. (Like a fitness DVD, a new class somewhere, or a new food item). No new product, but I would like to say Yoplait yogurt has been my saving grace. Instead of having dessert I have been having yogurt and it's great. I buy the light ones and they have so many cake flavored ones, I feel like I am cheating.
6.What do you plan to do different this week than last to help you reach your fitness/health goals?
    7. New receipe(s) to share? I made a turkey burger with garlic in it, the turkey meat was 93/7 type, a whole wheat sandwich thin for a bun, a tablespoon of homemade guac, fat free cheese and two slices of turkey bacon and tomato, and it was delicious. It was so many less calories then a regular burger like that, but I still got my burger fix.8.  Question(s) for next week? 9.  For Moms that work full-time (outside the home)- when do you work out? I try to work out when the kids are in bed at night. Usually sometime after 8:30pm since I don't usually go to bed until late.
