I made a tangy pork in the crock pot. It shreds up and make sandwiches with it. I got it from the Sandra Lee Crock Pot cookbook.

What is your lemon chicken recipe? I tried one out from allrecipes.com last night and it was really bland. I'm on the hunt for a good lemon chicken recipe!
