Edit:  I filled out the online form and they are sending me a new pump!  I just stopped BFing but am planning to have #2 so would like to have my pump in working order when I need it.  Love the customer service of this company!!

    They send you a new one with a return mail label, you send the old one back in the box the new one came in - so you're never without a pump.  Great customer service, I think!
