with the track we're on, I'll be down in kentucky. anyone live there? one of dh's partners in from nyc. big sigh of relief.
in terms of MIL, I am completely, 100% cut off from her. dh can go and visit and if she chooses to come see him and ginny, I will leave. even the marriage counselor agrees that she is a monster and thinks this arrangement is for the best (although not ideal.) so there it is. move over wine. hello bourbon?

Yep! Babbs & I are in northern KY (just a couple minutes outside of Cincinnati) and Emmianie is further south, like Louisville/Lexington I believe. Babbs and I definitely know how to show a girl a good time
if you'll be in our neck of the woods!

Agreed she is monster in law and you should not need to be subjected to her ever.

My SIL (Davez bro and fam) live in Lex and LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I was a little "meh." about it when I visited, but parts were totally charming. for 1-2 years, no prob. VERY pretty countryside, and the people were delightful. If you end up in that next of woods, Jen would take you under her wing 200%, she has a daughter G's age, and she's a peach and a half.
Bourbon Balls in among themselves are a reason to enjoy your stay there. Yum.
I love the MIL arrangement. Uff dah.
I'll watch my mailbox for some Knob Creek. ;-)
I don't know anything about Kentucky except that we visited friends there when I was 5 (not much recollection there)...I'm sure it'll be great, though.

LO #1 - 1 unmedicated/self-monitored IUI w/ donor sperm.
LO #2 - 1 m/c, 2 BFNs, 4th IUI worked (unmedicated/self-monitored with new donor sperm).
Life is beautiful!
Maybe KY needs to be the location of a future GTG and we can do the bourbon trail!
