It's a Girl!

Well team green turned pink on Sunday the 23rd! We were all scheduled for an inducement on Monday the 24th but Brielle Kaylin had other plans! Sunday night around 11 pm I began to have intense contractions which quickly progressed to 2 minutes apart. When we got to the hospital I was 4 cm's and fully effaced! I barely had time for the epidural (thank God we did though). 30 minutes after receiving the epidural I was 8 cms! Unfortunately Brielle had a bowel movement while in the womb so after an hour of pushing a vaccum had to be used to get her out as quickly as possible, thankfully all was well and she is a beautiful healthy baby girl, born at 4:43 AM 7lbs 7 and 3/4 oz 20.5 inches long.

I can't stop smiling. We are all home, happy and doing well!
