Baby4OT, have you continued to go there? I'm still considering it...I need to ask LCM today what they think, since I haven't done yoga in years, and just found out I have a low-lying placenta (with lifting precautions, but they didn't say anything about exercise). I'm sure it's fine, but want to ask before signing up.

    I didn't see this yesterday Sad too late now!

    I have still been going on Sat mornings. I've had three different instructors and some I like more than others - but I'm sure that's just personal preference and there are probably those who like different ones than I do. I also hadn't done yoga in years (like since undergrad years!) but don't have any precautions so I didn't talk to LCM about it. I'd definitely ask, just to be sure.
