I just found this group, and I am desperate for suggestions on this topic!
I was an avid runner before getting pregnant, and I have been continuing to run so far. I have not had any pain or issues, and I would like to keep it that way. I am looking for suggestions for a good SIJ/lumbar/pregnancy support to wear during exercise. I have tried to research a bit online, but it is difficult to tell what will actually be a good/comfortable fit and effective.
Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!
