Headache suffers - need advice

I have had an awful headache/migraine since Tuesday.  I went to my acupuncturist Tuesday night and she thinks it is because of the BCPs.  Monday night was my last night taking them (start stims tomorrow).  My headache got a little better after my appointment but for only a couple of hours.  Since I am restricted on what I can take, can anyone suggest some natural remedies?  I have tried a small cup of coffee, ice compress and tylenol. I can't function like this.  I made it to work today only because I couldn't miss any more time.  TIA!

    Nothing works anywhere near as well as my prescription stuff, but I suffer through migraines without them when I'm cycling, too. Coke, compresses and a dark room are what work best for me if I can't take drugs. But, I have found that Migrastick does help too, especially if I catch it early:

    Hi Beth, I suffer from tension headaches and the fertility meds make it worse. I am sorry I do not have any suggestions. When I get them I drink a lot of water and gatorade has helped me. I also took excedrin tension headache which has caffine that helped more than tylenol.

    I ran out at my lunch and got gatorade.  Thank you.  I can't take excedrin though :(

    When I get migraines I take excedrin. It helps me a lot more than tylenol. For natural remedies, I try to drink a lot of water and put a warm compress on my forehead. I hope your headaches get better, especially since you have stopped the bcps.
