Hey there.  Im trying to find some prenatal classes.  I am the first of all my friends and siblings to have a baby so they are no help. Ha Ha does anyone have any advice where to find a prenatal yoga class or something like that. Thanks!

    Where do you live? Next week I may start TWO HEARTS YOGA in Sherman Oaks, I don't know anyone who's been there personally but it has good reviews.....

    Do you mean exercise classes or birthing classes?...or something else? I actually haven't taken anything yet (22w), but here's what I'm looking into:

    I've heard good things about prenatal yoga at Yoga West and at Golden Bridge and this place also sounds cool: https://www.unfoldingbody.com

    For birthing classes I've been meaning to check out BiniBirth and The Birth Sanctuary. You can also do a search for Bradley Method, Hypnobaby or Hypnobirthing classes in LA. Sorry I don't have any concrete info since I'm still searching myself.

    I take prenatal yoga at InYoga Center in Valley Village.  I've really enjoyed it so far!

     Not sure about birthing classes - we're going with the options at our hospital.  Good luck!

    Yoga Rays in the Marina is awesome!  And, it's inexpensive...

    I go to the Tuesday evening and Saturday classes and there are on average only 2 of us in class so it's really nice.
