I have no energy by the end of the day so I do one set of squats, lunges, standing crunches, and standing pushups every time I go to the bathroom while I am at work. At the end of the day that is a lot of sets and I feel satisfied with myself. It takes a couple extra minutes each time but I figure my coworkers are used to me being in the bathroom a lot anyway since I am pregnant. Then after work a few days a week I go for a little bike ride.
There is alot of yoga and pilates workouts for pregnancy if you are in to that. I found a kettlebell workout for pregnancy that I am going to begin just as soon as I stop puking every hour. I also have a fun fitness DVD by Tracey Mallett called Fit for Pregnancy.
Before this pregnancy I was running on average 7 miles a day ... so when I have the energy I am running about 3-4 miles but mostly I'm doing the eliptical and some hand weights. I worked out till the day before I gave birth to DS and I think it made the birth a lot easier (oh and the drugs prob helped too)

I add in walks whenever I can - 30-40 minutes in the morning (instead of taking the bus) since DH does drop off for my son and I do pick up.
I get out tons on the weekend with DS and pushing 23+ pounds in the stroller is a pretty good heartrate, and we usually do 2-3 walks a day with him on Sat/Sun and I'm home with him on Mon/Wed as well.

We are so thankful that our second daughter, Lillian Elizabeth "Lily", was born healthy and happy on February 11, 2013. We love her to pieces.
We lost our first daughter, Hannah Grace on May 4, 2011. She was buried on May 14 during a beautiful service at my home church. We are grateful that if she could not be here with us, that she is healed and whole with the Lord. We look forward to the day when we will get to meet her. We love her so much.
I got a prenatal yoga video that's modified by trimester. I can't even do half of what the woman in her third trimester can do bc I'm just not that flexible, but it is pretty relaxing. Walking can wait until the weather is warmer and there's less ice.

Thanks for all the great ideas. Sorry I haven't replied before today but I got really sick last week/this weekend and have been MIA. I really need to find a workout routine and stick with it. My problem is I hate to exercise indoors and it is FREEZING outside (I live in Ohio). Hopefully DH and I can be motivators for each other
Re: Workout Ideas????
You can swim, swimming is supposed to be really good for pregnancy.
You can also do the eliptical and stationary bike, just don't let your heart rate get too high.
Another boy on the way!
