Cal's not into it! I thought for sure he'd love it - he LOVES playing outdoors every other season. I don't know if it's b/c it's cold and wet or he doesn't quite know what to do with it, or what. And he definitely does not like it if it's windy and there's snow blowing in his face.
This was true last year at age 1 and this year at age 2. He was completely unenthused with sledding last year (being pulled around our yard) and only semi-enthused this year (sliding down a hill with Daddy). Apparently he kept saying "no! no!" while they were going down the hill, but when they were done he said "more."
Ah well...I have to believe he'll grow to like it as he gets bigger and more capable of really playing in the snow!

"our IF story"
DS loves the snow since DH showed him how to make and throw snowballs. We havent tried sledding yet though.

DS hates it when it is falling and blowing in his face. But today we went for a walk down the street and he seemed to enjoy it. We live in the city, so we have no yard for him to play in, so it really was just walking along the sidewalks and sitting down in the deeper areas.
I am not sure if he would like a sled - I would have to take them both in the double stroller for about a half a mile to get to a hill, and since people hadn't shoveled the sidewalks yet, I wasn't about to try it today!
