Not CD related (unless it ends up that I need to double my stash) but I come here most often and feel most comfortable here.
If I am pregnant, it wasn't planned and I'm a little nervous...we always had plans for a second but not this soon. I know I shouldn't get crazy until I'm able to take a test and know for sure but I'm starting to think I am based on my symptoms. While I was pg with DS I had terrible carpel tunnel, never had it before and it cleared up about 3 weeks after giving birth. For the last week I've noticed the same numb feeling in my hands and arms that I had during pg. Not as often but at least once or twice a day. I also had some reflux issues this week which I also never had except for when I was pg. I'm not having any typical symptoms that I had last time like tiredness or food aversions. But the carpel tunnel is really making me think I am.
I am still EBF and haven't had my period since Sept 2009 so I have no idea when to take a test or how I would even know how far along I would be if I am.
Right now I have the attitude that if I am pg I will be grateful to have another little bundle of joy and grateful that I am able to get pg so easily because I know it is so hard for so many women. But, I had a hard pregnancy the 1st time and was hoping to wait until DS could walk and be a little more independent to make it a little easier for all of us. I'm nervous about not being able to give DS the attention that I do because I won't be feeling like myself and that he would be so young when #2 is born.
I know I'm totally getting ahead of myself and I need to relax unitl taking a test but it's hard. DH will try to get me a test later but we are totally snowed in right now...
Re: NCDR: I think I might be pregnant...
Awww hun! I know that can be exciting but scary. Can you take a test now? If its negative, you can retest in a few days or a week. At least that's what I'd do because waiting would drive me nuts!
If you are pregnant, everything goes smoothly for you! And buying newborn fluff is so much fun!
Good luck mama!
I am going to take as many tests as I can my hands on
Just can't get out on the road until later today. The waiting is hard for me...I'm not one of those people who can just think about somehting else.
I think that if I knew I was pregnant the excitement would just take over. And of course, I am always looking at the newborn fluff and that would certainly be one way to focus my energy!!!

I know... it's not that I'm hoping to NOT be pregnant. I think that I just hope that I can not be too anxious about it if I am. If I'm not, I will be okay with that but sure that there will be a bit of sadness too.
I am sure that's how I would feel too! Just let me know, send me an email if you want! I will be crossing my fingers!

That's the thing that's weird. I was 18 weeks when I first started having the carpel tunnel and even later when the indegstion started. however, I know the carpel tunnel thing is not consistent from one pregnancy to the next. My doc told me there was a chance I wouldn't have it at all the second time around.
I am going to take a test today if I can get to the store. But I think it wouldn't be accurate for another week or two.
