Hi! Quick intro -- then a temping question

Hi everyone,

I've been lurking for a week or so now, as I'm getting ready to move away from the miscarriage board.  All bleeding/spotting has stopped and I'm in search of my (elusive? hope not!) first AF.  When I first got my BFP, I was in the midst of learning how to temp.  Now that I'm almost back into the game (fingers crossed!), I've begun taking my temp every morning to see if it is returning back to normal.

My temps have been declining steadily since Jan.15, but today it jumped back up from 36.2'C (97.16'F) to 36.6'C (97.88'F).  Now, before I get excited and think I have O'ed, can someone tell me if temps after a m/c are just as wacky as AF itself??  Are my temps suppose to jump all over the place?

If anyone can shed some light on this, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

    Temps will be all around.  They go low around ovulation and your period.  They stay high after ovulation.  Look at some of the charts on FF to see what other's charts look like.

    Welcome to the board, I am so sorry for your loss.

    As for your temping question, like PP said only 3 higher temps can tell you if you ovulated or not. I'm sure your temps after a m/c can be a little wacky. Keep temping and maybe soon you'll have an answer.

    I'm sorry for your loss. I would also suggest using OPK's if you suspect O is around the corner.

    Welcome to the board.  Check out my chart this is my first cycle since my m/c and my temps were all over the place.  At first FF gave me CH's on CD16 but then reneged them.  I had no warning for my O 3 days ago (CD31) so I'm still not positive it's correct.  This first cycle is wonky so just keep temping and hang in there!

    Welcome to the board! I am sorry for your loss and I hope that you enjoy your stay here. I am still pretty new at temping and trying to figure out all the signs, so I am not sure how to answer your question, but I just wanted to say hi. Good luck!

    I am so sorry for your loss.  Welcome to the board.  My temps are normally a little wacky.  You can look at my chart if you want to see.

    I'm sorry for your loss.  Welcome to the board!  As for your question, I defer to the lovely ladies that have already replied.  I didn't start temping until after AF arrived, so I have no idea.  I hope that you time here is short and sweet!
